My mother and I needed a real estate agent to facilitate two land transactions in Virginia and neither of us live in the state. Through an extensive internet search, we settled on Horsley Real Estate and reached out to them through their website. Jacob Trice responded to us immediately and found a buyer for one of the land parcels within a week. A second buyer was found within a month. Both parcels have been closed within two months. Jacob was attentive through each step of these transactions and has been a pleasure to work with. We will be contacting him directly for any future Virginia real estate transactions and highly recommend him anyone else.

This was our second time hiring Katie and David as our agents. Our first time was to purchase our home and the second was to sell it. They made both transactions happen seamlessly and we felt that we were very well taken care of during the entire process. Katie and David are very knowledgeable, professional and 2 of the nicest people you would ever meet. We highly recommend their services!
We bought a second home in the Northern Neck years ago and Diana was the listing agent. That experience was so positive that we contacted her this year to find us a new second home because our family has outgrown the original property. She worked so very hard to find what we wanted and we are so happy with our new place. We then asked Diana to sell our original home. She worked hard again and created a video listing. The home sold in a couple of weeks. Diana is without question the hardest working agent we have ever worked with. She communicates well and hides nothing. She knows houses and property. From septic tanks, to crawl space assessment, to roof assessment, to HVAC and to decorating ideas we trust her judgement. She is connected to repair people, movers, yard maintenance folks, contractors and just about everybody else in the Northern Neck. She solves real estate problems. She is honest and unafraid to tell you good news and bad news. My wife and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a skilled, plain spoken, honest and connected real estate agent.

We live out of the area and Diana always worked with us to find convenient times for us to make the trip to see houses. We were very specific in what we were looking for and Diana was so very patient and understanding. She was truly invested in finding us our perfect home. We never felt like she was exasperated and she never tried to convince us to buy something that wasn’t just right. It took almost 3 years and many many showings, but when THE house finally revealed itself, she made sure our offer was timely and viable. We are so happy with our beautiful new home on the Northern Neck and we have Diana to thank for it!

Deb was very knowledgeable about the market and I especially appreciated that she lived in the area and was very familiar with real estate in the Tappahannock area. Deb was kind, caring, very patient and attentive, and she went out of her way to be helpful through the entire process, from the moment we first spoke on the phone, to the the closing of the sale. She went out of her way to help me find responsible professionals in the area for property maintenance and an estate sale, and made multiple trips to the property to meet with those professionals. Deb had been highly recommended by a friend and she fulfilled my expectations and beyond. She was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her!
