Buying a house can be very stressful. I've been through it several times before, and to be honest, I wasn't looking forward to the process. I recently moved across the country for work, and up until my now, I have always worked with a very good friend who happened to be a realtor when buying and selling homes. Susan is AMAZING. We have used her as an agent for our first home in 2009, which she dedicated so much time to help find us that perfect one, and now we are using her again for our second home and once again, has proved to us this is more then a business transaction to her. She genuinley cares about your situation and pays a lot of attention to detail with your wants and needs.
