When we sold our rental property, Bernadette was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of explanations and, of course, lots of choices regarding the decisions we had to make. We found her to be very attentive and she responded to our questions in a timely manner. When the property went under contract, she made sure all of background details were completed in the necessary time which meant we didn’t have to worry about any surprises. I would highly recommend her as she is honest, professional, and experienced in the industry.
