We have no doubt that he'll be just as diligent and detail oriented as he was with the purchase of our home. James always made himself available to us, even when we were traveling on vacation in another time zone. There was a point in time where he too was on vacation and yet continued to set up phone meetings with us and probably the rest of the world. We remain in awe of how he manages to balance his work life with his family life. We appreciated his counsel, how he made suggestions, and how graciously he accepted our decisions that didn't necessarily match his suggestions. We never felt pressured to do anything that we were not comfortable with. He also went above and beyond to help us work out some inconveniences that came with the purchase of our home. His level of professionalism was outstanding from start to finish.
