When it was time to put it on the market, she gave us great review of price and also took the time to weigh our needs for timing in the sale. All worked out better than we expected and we were very pleased. Sometimes, sellers complain about paying the realtor fees but with Tracy, she is worth every penny and more. Highly recommend!
