An unexpected opportunity to purchase a house came up in August. My husband and I did not really think we could sell our current home in order to purchase the next home in the short time frame. Wingman Services did a great job with the cosmetic items that needed to be fixed to put it on the market, Diana did a great job staging the house, Natasha kept us updated on everything regarding financing and Esther helped with the signs, lockbox, and other things. Adriana was available 24/7 (even on her vacation) keeping us updated on the sale of our home and the purchase of our next home. She held two open houses and a third one when the initial offer on our home did not go through. While it did not look promising for us towards the end, she persevered, encouraged us, and we reached our goal. Thank you HSR team for sticking with us.
