She also helped us find our forever dream home (in this competitive market, where there is a shortage of homes currently) and negotiated hard on our behalf and we were able to get the house for $75K LESS than asking price! But aside from saving us lots of money, she was so professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and fun to work with. She knew the ins and outs of the areas we were interested in and helped us learn them as well; so we were very comfortable with our decision.
