Kathy and her team took care of everything. They staged the condo to give it a warm home feeling versus the geo-bachelor work week housing look. They took care of getting the inspections and paperwork needed to get through closing. Within a few weeks I had multiple offers at my selling price, which was at top end of the spectrum for the area, and closing process was simple and easy. There was great communications from our first meeting to end of process, so I always knew the status and no surprises on actions to take. Kathy was always available to me, if I questions or concerns.

Kathy helped me find and purchase my first home and I couldn't have done it without her. She saw many properties with me, over multiple weeks, and was always happy to see more no matter how far away they were. She always had great insight to share on the places and helped with insight to narrow down places to determine what I wanted as we saw more locations.
