Once we selected Samantha was our agent, she worked tirelessly to achieve success from the beginning through the completion of the sale.  Samantha was proactive in establishing and executing a plan/schedule to get the property on the market and sold.  She worked with us to maximize our limited resources by helping us understand where we needed to focus efforts.  Also, we felt like we were working with as a cohesive team where we all shared information and worked to the same set of goals.  The result was a successful sale.  We achieved our goals and are extremely happy that we chose Samantha and Tyler Realty to represent us.
