Samantha Tyler Anger

The short story is, "Samantha Tyler is awesome!”  My wife and I inherited a house and found ourselves in the position of needing to sell the property.  We interviewed several agents and Samantha was the only one to listen to our desires and understand not only what we wanted, but what we needed.  All of the other agents we interviewed, started with identifying changes necessary to ‘sell the house’, she took the time to listen.  By taking the time to listen to Samanta was able to formulate the correct approach to achieve our goals with the most efficient and effect use of our resources.  She also was the only agent to prepare an initial assessment and proposed sales plan in writing, allowing us to understand we were were all on the same page. Once we selected Samantha was our agent, she worked tirelessly to achieve success from the beginning through the completion of the sale.  Samantha was proactive in establishing and executing a plan/schedule to get the property on the market and sold.  She worked with us to maximize our limited resources by helping us understand where we needed to focus efforts.  Also, we felt like we were working with as a cohesive team where we all shared information and worked to the same set of goals.  The result was a successful sale.  We achieved our goals and are extremely happy that we chose Samantha and Tyler Realty to represent us.
