Pete was referred to me by the company that managed my rental property before I decided to sell it, he exceeded the expectations I had for a realtor. He never took more than an hour or two to respond to my questions, he always followed-through on what he said he was going to do and he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure the house was sold within my expectations. I would recommend him if you're buying or selling a home in the valley.
