Gary Palmer and his co-worker, Brittany, guided us through the whole process of renovation, listing, showing, selling, closing. We needed to sell from out of town--without a good idea of how to even get started. Gary and Brittany made it easy. Despite the hectic season, Gary stayed in touch with us, updating us frequently and advising us to our options throughout the process. Brittany went "above and beyond" on numerous occasions to make sure our property was ready to show and ready for closing.
