Our expectation were based on the market we lived in. Sylvia showed us the differences in markets listened carefully to our needs. On our second conference she showed us a hose that was what we wanted, and a little more. At the price we had agreed on. She handled the items on the house that needed fixing for us. Selected our closing lawyer, (Who was great!) and in general did an outstanding job. Our daughter and her husband will be moving into the area in the fall & Sylvia will be who we recommend to them.
