I cannot recommend Fernando enough! Through every step of my house hunting and home buying experience, Fernando was a true partner. I was fortunate to find him. He knows the Richmond neighborhoods and housing market well, and also the relevant market dynamics. He even knows the local music scene, and was sure to introduce me to the best coffee and burger joints : ) He focused me when I needed to be, but also let me explore options so I could find a place to call home in this crazy competitive market. He and I also just had so much fun exploring everything from attics and basements to foundations and crawl spaces. He knows a ton about building and infrastructure, so that came in handy, too. If you are lucky, you may get to sip coffee on Monument Avenue together, and talk about life in general. He is super personable. An A++++ realtor. Thanks, Fernando!!!
