It sold very quickly at a great price. So when it was time for us to move back to Richmond we didn't need to think twice about using Pace of Richmond again. The Pace team did not disappoint. We really enjoyed working with Seth. We found a new friend in Seth. Seth did a great job communicating and reading the situation and helped us present an offer that was accepted when multiple offers were received.
