Additionally, from the first day we met with Debbie to the last day we worked with Debbie she always had a good attitude, she was always available by phone call, text, an email. Debbie guided us in the right direction to get the house ready for sale, she suggested that we remove all of the clutter from the house, that it would be best for us to sale the house as is. We asked her if she new contractors that would help us remove clutter, and contractors that would clean the house. The contractors that she recommended did a fantastic job, we were pleased with the work that the contractors performed. Debbie discussed with us the price that we would list the house for sale. When we had to lower the price of the house Debbie guided us in the right direction, she made sure that we were all on the same page. Furthermore, Debbie took the time to discuss the offers that we received, and provided insight on each of the offers, which made our decision on which offer to accept to be an informed decision. We were very please with Debbie, she would not give up on making sure that we received the best deal that we could get for the house. There was a time that I felt that most Real Estate Agents would have given up and not put any more time into the sale of the house. But Debbie worked harder and continued to keep in touch with us, and was all ways available.
