Lisa Flood was an absolute god send. She helped us buy our very first home! She was able to meet with us on quick notice. She had all the answers to our questions. She had all the contacts for inspections, last minute inspections at that. Contractors, pest, well, septic, and literally everyone involved in the buying process. All of which she set up for us, and met with when we couldn't be there. She communicated effectively with our bank ( which was not the easiest and they had alot of requests). Like I said she was able to find us a contractor in less then 24 hours to perform an inspection for the bank so closing could happen. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend Trey for anybody looking for a house, especially first time home buyers. This was our first time buying a house and we had no idea what to do or where to start. Trey has a lot of experience and knows a great deal of information. Trey helped us so much through this process.. even if we didn’t fully understand a piece of information, he didn’t mind explaining it to us again or rewording it to ensure we knew what was going on every step of the way. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!
