He also coordinated closely with our builder and brought the builder to a few potential properties for a more thorough look until we finally found a property that met our needs. During this time I found John to be very transparent and honest, offering information and advice that helped us make an informed purchase decision. I never had a feeling he was pushing us toward a property to "make a sale" but several times actually steered us away from properties he knew would not work for us.
