We have sold a home and purchased one with Mr. Evans.

We had a home to sell that was in the higher price ranges which narrowed the buying field and he was able to market to that demographic to reach a purchaser, not sure that other agents would of went that far in a buyers market. On the purchase of the new home he was very open to different times to show properties and kept us up to date on all new listings.
