I can't more highly recommend another Realtor to assist you in your home search and buying process. Kris, was very personable and right up front about everything. She bent over backwards to help us especially since we were doing the home search from a distance. We could ask her anything and she would give the answer or find it right away. For Kris, Real Estate is a mission and calling, not just a job. From the first visit to making the offer, securing financing and ultimately closing on the house; she knows the tricks to make it happen. Her points of contact across the industry are also second to known making the whole home buying effort as painless and easy as possible. At the end of it all we felt like we had gained a friend and not just made business transaction!

Carol has two major asserts as far as being a real estate agent. The first is that she listens to what you want as far as where you want to live. Prior agents decided that they know what I wanted more than I did and did not listen to me. I wanted to live in a community with retirees who wanted to do things. She found me a community with over 55 year old residents who were very active and who continually went outside to exercise and enjoy the beautiful weather we have been enjoing. They go to restaurants and other eating establishments as well as super markets to purchase food and necessities for their homes. The current residents take me with them to help me learn about different places and the advantages or detractions of each. The second asset which Carol has is that she is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met or worked with. Her energy level is amazing. If she says she will pick you up at 9:00 AM, you had better be ready since she will be there. She finds the answers to all your questions about the unit she is showing you and tells you all the good points and the bad points so that you are entering into negotiations with knowledge on your side. She is honest and forthright. You can rely on her descriptions of the conditions of the unit and how actious the seller is to want to sell the unit. I have recommended Carol to people I know who want to buy Florida real estate without fear that she will mislead them.
