We had the best experience working with Ava to sell our house. She is super organized and very knowledgeable of the real estate process. She made it so easy for us by arranging for professional cleaners, photographers, handymen, and even professional engineering services. She worked around our schedule for showings and house preparation. She has my strongest recommendation and would give an extra star if I could.

Mrs Parker Preston was able to get my house packed and fix fro me while I was out of town. Several small projects had to be done to stage the house for selling. Mrs. Parker handled all of that for me. She was always at my finger tips when I had questions and she answered and took care of the situation.
