Throughout a long, complicated and arduous selling process, Ms. Cindy demonstrated exceptional professionalism from start to finish. The process was riddled with many unexpected hurdles to overcome as well as numerous mountains to climb. However, to Ms. Cindy, that was simply par for the course. She approached each as an opportunity to excel in her knowledge of an everchanging market while using layman's terminology to educate her clients. Although severely tested, her patience level remained stellar throughout the entire process. She answered a barrage of repeated questions as if hearing them for the first time and she discussed the issues in depth making sure the clients had a clear understanding regarding the issues of concern.
