Andrew is a fantastic broker. He showed us many houses and gave us honest opinions about everything. He focuses on getting the right house instead of rushing to close a house. He made sure everything went smoothly till the end. We really enjoyed working with him and would definitely work with him again.

Melanie is a highly capable agent who can guide you to the best property and deliver. She helped us understand the complex DMV market and succeed in making our offer a winner. We appreciated her insight as first-time homebuyers, her frank assessment of properties, and her quick communication. She was invaluable in helping us to close on a tight timeline. She is well-connected and ensures you will have a seamless experience. Without Melanie's expertise, we wouldn't have found the perfect place for us. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the DC area.

Jennifer is very knowledgable, reliable, and has a sharp eye for detail. She listened to what we were looking for and was there every step of the way. She pointed out strengths and weaknesses of all the properties we saw, so she felt like an ally looking out for our best interest. She's very transparent, experienced, trustworthy, and likeable down-to-earth professional. All our questions about the construction of the homes, and the technical and logistical details of the closing process were answered patiently and she made sure we were aware of all information. What seemed like an overwhelming and intimidating process became very understandable and exciting. We feel like we got our dream home. Thank you Jennifer :-)
