Kelly has been absolutely outstanding in getting our property sold. We struggled with a previous realtor who was not able to get the property sold and switched to Kelly and her team after. That was one of the best decisions. She made the process so simply and smooth and did a perfect job at negotiating the sale for us. I highly recommend Kelly to everyone who is looking for a friendly, easy-to-work with and very competent realtor.

After trying out different realtors in 2018, Kelly was recommended to me by a friend. She helped us buy our first home. When we left to live overseas, she helped us find a great family to rent our home to. This year, we didn’t hesitate to work with her again when it was time to sell. I never considered going with anyone else. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and ability to guide us through each step were invaluable. Our home sold above asking price, and we credit that entirely to her expertise. What makes Kelly exceptional is how much she cares. She treats every client like family and every transaction like it matters. She is always available, patient, and proactive, and she made a stressful process feel easy (not to mention that we were living overseas throughout the entire selling process). We’re so grateful for her support and dedication. I recommend Kelly and Fine Nest to all of my friends. They’re simply awesome!

Kelly is an absolutely amazing realtor! I have been working with her for 5 years now - she is incredibly thorough, patient, and diligent throughout the home search and buying process. She was always on the look out for the perfect home that would fit my needs and saw through that everything went smoothly from making an offer to closing.
