As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were looking for a realtor who could help us navigate this foreign process. He also referred us to a great lender (John Petersen at TD Bank), who helped us lock in a relatively low interest rate. Once our offer was accepted, Chris ensured that all of the next steps happened in a timely manner. At the final walkthrough, Chris not only helped us check the house's condition, but also explained how the final cash-to-close had been determined so we didn't have any surprises when signing. Even after closing, Chris has still been available to answer questions. We are so grateful for his help and plan to work with him again in the future!

Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture.
