We were first time home buyers and would have been so lost without Kamalia, but she made this entire process easy, seamless, and educational! She took her time to explain the process in depth to us and was highly responsive to all of our questions and concerns. While under contract she worked diligently to advocate for our best interest and ensure that we would be entering this season of our life with our best foot forward. She is incredibly knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend her!

Ms. Ava Parker-Preston is simply amazing. In my humble estimation, everyone should have Ava as their realtor. She is worth her weight in gold. She made the buyer experience for my husband and me seamless. Ava was there every step of the way guiding, providing invaluable insight, and smoothing out hiccups during our home-buying process. She has an amazing network of professionals who can assist with every need you have for your home. Ava is a consummate professional - personable and eager to provide the best experience possible. She catered to our every need, and it was a joy for her. Ava loves what she does and it was reflected in all of our interactions.
