We’ve used Tonya for three transactions over the years. She is one in a million! She cares about her clients. Ensuring they are taken care of is the most important thing to her. She goes the extra mile, even shoveling snow for them! She’s very communicative and ALWAYS available. And if you’re buying/selling in south Arlington there’s NO ONE that knows the neighborhoods better. And if you’re buying/selling outside of an area that she does not already know like the back of her hand, she will learn it just for your deal.

If I could give Nate 10 Stars I do so!! He did a FANTASTIC JOB selling my condo! I knew he was EXCELLENT since he had recently sold my husband's condo (same building). Nate patiently and confidently navigated the nuances of the entire sales process; this was harder than it seemed since there were prospective buyers who required ongoing communication (until we found "the one" and ultimately completed the sale).
