He not only advised on what needed to be done to the home to prepare it for sale, but he helped us by meeting contractors and an inspector at the house as needed. His wife Donna Brandon professionally staged the house, making every room gorgeous, which likely contributed to two immediate offers and an offer above asking price. Staging is always complimentary when Dale is chosen to represent the sellers. Buying or selling a house can be overwhelming, but he made it less so. Dale offered exceptional pricing analysis, which helped us determine an asking price appropriate for the market. He also offered exceptional client care. He was quick to communicate and answer all our questions and was skilled at negotiating inspection items and remediation.

This is the third time I've worked with Eman, and probably the 4th or 5th time someone in my family has. We keep working with her for a reason. She truly loves finding homes for people, she has on multiple occasions advocated on our behalf, and her north star isn't selling a home - it really is finding the right place for her client.
