We found realtor Tobin Seven to be experienced, knowledgeable about the Northern Virginia real estate market, and, most of all, effective at marketing our home during a downturn in the local real estate market. He represented the buyer in our initial "for sale by owner" transaction; he strongly represented his client's interests and drew on his experience and knowledge to complete a challenging transaction. We were so impressed with his services, we retained him to list our second home and were never disappointed. His knowledge of the local market and experienced advice helped maximize our listing. He was personally invested and committed to providing materials and the time and effort to maximize the appearance of our unit and get it on the market quickly. He provided a professional photographer at no extra cost. He organized an effective series of "open houses" after previewing our upcoming listing, using multiple listing databases to maximize interest and exposure. Tobin remained in constant contact throughout the sale of our unit by telephone, email, and by providing regular statistics on the number of "looks" at our listing. He primarily relies on his positive reputation and "word of mouth" recommendations to represent his clients, both sellers and purchasers, as well as his "Veteran" status, which enables him to beat his competition's realtor fees, resulting in real savings for us. For all of these reasons, I recommend him most highly and will use his services again.

Tobin was always professional, personable, and dedicated as we worked together to sell our condo. We deeply appreciated Tobin coming alongside of us to ensure a successful sell and closing.

Tobin helped me buy my home 10 years ago. It was an excellent experience. I was treated fairly and the process was smooth. Fast forward to today, I needed someone to help my aunt sell her land and relocate. My first thought was to call Tobin. He did his research and priced my aunt’s property fairly. It sold quickly but not before Tobin became a valuable family friend. He helped my aunt find a realtor in her new location who would look out for her best interest. I am grateful to Tobin. He is a true professional and a gentleman.
