He established a timeframe for listing with us, and kept abreast of our timing and progress. When we were ready to list, Bob helped us to arrive at a fair price, arranged the photos, and published the listing. He made himself available to answer any potential buyer questions, solicited feedback from all of the realtors who showed the property, and handled open houses. We accepted a very good offer in a week and a half. Bob guided us through the home inspection, pest inspection, and went with us to the closing. Everything was well done, on time, very professional, and we have no complaints. Highly recommend!

I actually knew Tracy before she became a realtor. She was always energetic and had great community values. When I was selling my house, I knew she would be the best. She took her time to show us things we would need to get ready to sell. When it was time to put it on the market, she gave us great review of price and also took the time to weigh our needs for timing in the sale.
