He established a timeframe for listing with us, and kept abreast of our timing and progress. When we were ready to list, Bob helped us to arrive at a fair price, arranged the photos, and published the listing. He made himself available to answer any potential buyer questions, solicited feedback from all of the realtors who showed the property, and handled open houses. We accepted a very good offer in a week and a half. Bob guided us through the home inspection, pest inspection, and went with us to the closing.
