We cannot recommend Lucia Jason highly enough! After an unsuccessful experience with another agent, working with Lucia completely changed our home-buying journey. She took the time to truly understand what was most important to us instead of trying to fit us into whatever was available. She listened carefully, offered thoughtful guidance, and helped us consider things we never would have thought about on our own. One of the things that set Lucia apart was her incredible knowledge during home tours. Every walkthrough felt like having a mini home inspection. She pointed out the quality of windows and building materials, explained architectural features that indicated solid construction, discussed drainage and sun exposure, and identified details that could affect the home's long-term value and maintenance. Her expertise gave us confidence in every home we considered. We were buying during an incredibly competitive market, but thanks to Lucia's strategy and persistence, we found the home of our dreams. It checked every box on our wish list and came in under our maximum budget, something we honestly didn't think was possible. From start to finish, Lucia was responsive, patient, and a true advocate for our family. She guided us through every step of the process and connected us with trusted professionals to help make our transition into homeownership as smooth as possible. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, honest, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right home, Lucia is the one. We are so grateful for her guidance and would recommend her without hesitation.

As first time home buyers in the area, Yon helped us through the entire process and we were able to find and close on a great home within a couple of months! Yon was knowledgeable about the areas, what to look for in a house, how to negotiate with the sellers, and how to go through the closing process. All our questions were answered quickly and she was always available for showings. We couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend her to anyone!
