Sichan is the best! As first-time home buyers navigating the competitive Northern Virginia housing market, we couldn’t have asked for a better partner. She has incredible knowledge of the area, was very proactive with her communication, and is a strong negotiator! She takes the time to understand your expectations and tells you what works upfront. She is very honest with her recommendations and truly keeps her clients’ best interests in mind, patiently guiding you through the process. She was incredibly proactive throughout the entire closing process, managing all the back-and-forth communication efficiently, ensuring you felt comfortable with the process, explaining everything clearly, and making sure you got the best deal. Even after closing, during our rent-back period, she stayed in constant touch and scheduled post-rent-back walk-throughs to ensure everything went smoothly. She is very warm, thorough, and very professional. We highly recommend Sichan to anyone looking to buy a home.
