While there are great realtors out there, Sichan is one in a million. I cannot express enough about her attention to detail, her promotional skills, her market expertise, how to get top dollar and all served in a pleasant, supportive, can-do attitude. Additionally, she is so helpful during the buy/sell process with lots of hand holding or taking on tasks herself. I have sold/bought many homes in my lifetime. Until I met Sichan, I did not know what a top-notch realtor would be like. I thought I had it good till I worked with Sichan. In February 2026 she sold my house for exactly 100K over a comp sold just months ago with the same exact floor plan, sqft and features. It was all in how she marketed and negotiated. We sold in 4 days in the middle of a snowstorm. I've been a buyer too. She found me my perfect home and was such a strong negotiator that I paid $75K less than any other comp in that neighborhood. I cannot express enough what great hands a client will be in, when they work with Sichan. You have to hire her to understand that next level service I'm talking about. It's been truly my pleasure to work with such a professional on multiple deals.

Wow, working with Sichan Hul, my Ashburn realtor was wonderful! First, she did her research and advised me on the best list price based upon the surrounding comps. That means, prospective buyers and their agents respected the listing from day one. Sichan gave me great advice on working with contractors to prep the house for sale. Once again this led to prospective buyers offering to waive appraisal, finance and home inspection. The open house was fabulous and the Fox Team even ordered a food truck! The listing photos were professional and her marketing ads targeted and got 100k views. To me, the most impressive aspects of working with Sichan is her due diligence and her transparent and open communication with me. Her people skills and realtor experience led to a smooth and efficient process from contract to closing in less than 3 weeks...ahhh, not to mention I got significantly above my list price!!!!
