Marcella Sura-Robb was our chosen real estate agent for both our purchase and sale of our condominium in the northern VA area. She is a meticulous and knowledgeable real estate agent and her ability to articulate all of the nuances that come with the fluctuating market separate her from others. A few years ago she helped us purchase our condo and now helped us in our sale of it. Once she put our condo on the market, we had 3 extremely competitive offers within 24 hours. She provided us with constant updates and feedback on the offers and shared experiences in order to assist us in making the best decision for our family. We received a great offer, well above the asking price and with her knowledge and experience she was able to turn that offer into a fantastic deal that we could not be happier with. Her customer service skills made us feel like we were her only clients. We unequivocally recommend Marcella for any real estate transactions. We will work with her for future purchases/sales!
