This was my second experience working with a real estate agent within the past 5 years. The first go around, I was working with a highly reputable agent, but did not have any luck finding a house to purchase. At the time, I believed that I was receiving top-notch service. Overall, Palmer is extremely knowledgeable about the area, very responsive, and best of all, knows how to get you a great deal. I was searching during a time where homes were selling above asking list price.
