Timothy-Jay, aka "TJ," is a remarkable realtor. I'm very happy we chose him to market our property. After we interviewed two other realtors, it was clear he was the one. Why? Because of his skill is in listening to our requirements and then translating them into a successful marketing strategy plus actively helping us put his plan into action. Long story short, TJ crafted a plan that got us a firm offer with no contingencies and 6.5% above our listing price in only three days. Our market research told us that is an exceptional achievement. In short, the DC Metro area has thousands of realtors but very few of them are in his league. And, once you interview him along with other realtors you know, we believe you will agree.

My wife and I were lucky enough to meet Meg while we were touring open houses and knew we wanted to work with her when we became serious about buying in the Reston VA area. As a long-term resident of Reston herself, she was extremely knowledgable about the area and seemed to know everyone in the business, from listing agents to local HOA staff. I don't know how she does it, but Meg truly made us feel like we were her only clients. She could not have been more attentive to our needs, responsive, and strategic in making our offers competitive in a tough market. On top of all this her awesome personality made the stressful process of buying a home fun. Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.

Julia was my realtor to buy my unit in 2011, and was the first person I turned to to sell it now. Her knowledge of the market, ability to find out information, links with quality contractors for pre-market work, and communication is excellent and she and is all around wonderful.

His responsiveness was above and beyond, fielding our (many) questions every step of the way. He was also terrific in during negotiations for the final purchase of our new home, as well as the sale of our previous condo.
