I have been a Realtor in Colorado for 20 years, so I know excellence when I see it. I would say Rick, Taz ,and the rest of the team work seamlessly, courteously, and professionally. I just experienced it first hand with the sale of my mother's home in Alexandria, VA. Rick and his team helped my mom find the right experts for repair, preparation, staging, moving, and even holding an estate sale. He held her hand and walked her through everything as if it were his own family member. He also kept me and other family members aware of everything he was doing at all times. For Seniors that are moving into long-term living facilities, I highly recommend hiring Rick Kicklighter. He was "on-site, hands-on, pick-up-the-phone" perfect in our opinions!

Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!

Working with Lisa and team to sell our house was the most relaxed I have been selling a home because of the true expertise and thoughtfulness provided as part of their standard practice. They had absolutely everything you could imagine covered and pulled out all of the stops to market my home as a truly luxury property and find the best buyer the market could provide. I don't know how she does it, but Meg truly made us feel like we were her only clients. On top of all this her awesome personality made the stressful process of buying a home fun. Start to finish an absolutely seamless process. The staging was critical and quite honestly— the deal breaker. Well that, and the truly personal (and funny) video to show our house in a laid back, approachable way. Ellis Properties held our hands through the entire process. They answered our questions, were available at all times, provided recommendations and resources and were the calm, professional, and knowledgeable voice through it all.
