After going through the sale process previously with another realtor years ago, I was expecting a rough go with this sale. Tiffany gave us realistic expectations and was very thorough. She constantly gave us updates and even though the entire building was slow (in regards to sales) she was always trying to find an edge to get it sold. In the end she got us what we wanted (in regards to price) and we will definitely go back to her for any realtor help in the future!

Ace was outstanding. I was dead set on making top dollar for my house and he challenged me to hire him and if he was unable to get what I was asking for he said: "if I can't get what you're wanting, you can just fire me!" So I agreed. Needless to say, within 6 days I sold my house for exactly what I was looking for. Ace is a great realtor and pays attention to every step of the process :)
