After going through the sale process previously with another realtor years ago, I was expecting a rough go with this sale. Tiffany gave us realistic expectations and was very thorough. She constantly gave us updates and even though the entire building was slow (in regards to sales) she was always trying to find an edge to get it sold. In the end she got us what we wanted (in regards to price) and we will definitely go back to her for any realtor help in the future!

Tiffany was extremely knowledgeable with the current market and helped guide us along in the stressful process. We trusted her judgement and in the end it worked out beautifully, I felt like we were partners in the process and she truly cared about our interests. It's a fast moving market and without her guidance and expertise I probably couldn't have done it and kept my sanity intact.

Tiffany was able to help us navigate a very challenging situation with our renters and was able to sell our Condo within days after the original buyer dropped out - above asking price. I would highly recommend. We will be using her again.
