If you need a realtor you need Christine. It’s just that simple. She knows Virginia real estate and how to make the process work for you. She always seems to have the right connections to get the right professionals to handle everything from house maintenance, staging, photography/video and moving and storing. We the, Raju Family, had cherished a beautiful home on Talmont Drive Riding for over 20 years. A home in which we raised and nurtured our little twin girls as they transformed into two beautiful young women, who accomplished their dreams within the walls of the home and the wonderful community of South Riding. In early 2024, we started making broader plans in hope of finding a large, but cozy space to fill with our growing family. She helped us in selling the current home in time to make the transition into the new home seamless. Tracie helped prep our home for the sale while providing guidance and pointers while we prepared our home for the market - all while helping us close on another simultaneously!
