We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

When we sold our rental property, Bernadette was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of explanations and, of course, lots of choices regarding the decisions we had to make. We found her to be very attentive and she responded to our questions in a timely manner. When the property went under contract, she made sure all of background details were completed in the necessary time which meant we didn’t have to worry about any surprises.
