Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!

Timothy-Jay, aka "TJ," is a remarkable realtor. I'm very happy we chose him to market our property. After we interviewed two other realtors, it was clear he was the one. Why? Because of his skill is in listening to our requirements and then translating them into a successful marketing strategy plus actively helping us put his plan into action. Long story short, TJ crafted a plan that got us a firm offer with no contingencies and 6.5% above our listing price in only three days. Our market research told us that is an exceptional achievement. Holly is a terrific agent, and I would highly recommend her for anyone but especially for high end/luxury properties. She re-listed my property after I took a few months off (I'd listed with another agent first and went 4 months with no offers). I was out of state throughout the listing and sale of my condo, and Holly was very communicative, responsive, and generally made everything much easier for me even without ever meeting in person.
