This was my second experience working with a real estate agent within the past 5 years. The first go around, I was working with a highly reputable agent, but did not have any luck finding a house to purchase. At the time, I believed that I was receiving top-notch service. Fast-forward to today, I chose Palmer as my agent, who was referred to me by a family member. She was flat out exceptional…exceeded my expectations. Friends and family warned me how stressful the home searching/buying process could me. I can say that was only because they didn’t have Palmer as their agent. I even remember asking her towards the end of the buying process, “so when does the whole crazy stress start that everyone keeps telling me about”. Overall, Palmer is extremely knowledgeable about the area, very responsive, and best of all, knows how to get you a great deal. I was searching during a time where homes were selling above asking list price. Palmer was able to find me a home that surpassed all my needs and wants at a lower price (thank you thank you THANK YOU!!). It’s simple, if you are looking for an agent to help you find a home, you need to choose Palmer.

She is a true professional. She helped us prepare for the sale, determined a fair price and guided us through the process. She posted a notification three weeks prior to the sale and put it on the market. The first two days on the market produced 18 showings and four offers. We settled on an offer that was $20K above asking price. Of course, she then led us through the settlement process. You could not ask for a better agent--pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, friendly--all the good things you would want in an agent and person. I would highly recommend Michelle .

We have never had an agent so personable as Geri, willing to go to extremes to meet our needs as she has done for us. She is understanding and has only the clients interests in mind. If we had any questions we needed answered be assured that she would answer it and in a timely manner. Updates were always coming as soon as available. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience purchasing our new home with Geri.
