Because of his skill is in listening to our requirements and then translating them into a successful marketing strategy plus actively helping us put his plan into action. Long story short, TJ crafted a plan that got us a firm offer with no contingencies and 6.5% above our listing price in only three days. Our market research told us that is an exceptional achievement. In short, the DC Metro area has thousands of realtors but very few of them are in his league. And, once you interview him along with other realtors you know, we believe you will agree.

We had a terrific experience working with Aaron Scruggs and Gary Dopslaff. Aaron’s expertise on the community, as well as best neighborhoods and schools, was extremely helpful in finding the perfect home for our family. Aaron would often know about new houses coming on the market, as well as specific pros/cons to current listings, which saved us a lot of time in the long run. His responsiveness was above and beyond, fielding our (many) questions every step of the way. He was also terrific in during negotiations for the final purchase of our new home, as well as the sale of our previous condo. Start to finish an absolutely seamless process. The staging was critical and quite honestly— the deal breaker. Well that, and the truly personal (and funny) video to show our house in a laid back, approachable way. Ellis Properties held our hands through the entire process. Jim was great to work with when selling our first home. He made a stressful situation much less stressful. He is also very handy and did a lot of little fixes around the house for us just out of kindness. We hope to work with him again when we start looking for our next home.
