I still don't know how she pulled all of that off. We were first-time homebuyers, and by the end of the process, I felt like a professional myself because of how clearly and patiently Kelly explained everything to us. She never made us feel stupid for asking questions and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable. I’ve already referred Kelly to my parents, and I’ll continue sending people her way whenever the opportunity comes up. She earned that trust. Truly an amazing experience from beginning to end.
