Kelly is an incredibly thorough and knowledgeable agent. No stone was left unturned throughout the entire process. Maybe we’re biased, but we had a pretty unique home-buying experience, and Kelly was there for us every step of the way—and seemingly at all hours. I remember talking with her as late as 10 at night! She was always available, flexible, and willing to help. We worked with Kelly for over nine months, and our criteria changed several times along the way. Not once did she make us feel like a burden, even when we were asking what I'm sure were the same questions over and over again. She made us feel like we had a true professional in our corner who was genuinely looking out for our best interests. Her communication was top-notch. I rarely felt like I needed to ask what was happening next because she was already two steps ahead of us. Every interaction was pleasant, and she stayed on top of everything from beginning to end. Then, once we finally found our dream home, it was time for the dreaded contract and negotiations. This is where Kelly was an absolute assassin. She negotiated us a fantastic deal—more than $10,000 below the appraised value, closing costs covered, AND somehow convinced the homeowner to leave behind their riding lawnmower in pristine condition. I still don't know how she pulled all of that off. We were first-time homebuyers, and by the end of the process, I felt like a professional myself because of how clearly and patiently Kelly explained everything to us. She never made us feel stupid for asking questions and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable. I’ve already referred Kelly to my parents, and I’ll continue sending people her way whenever the opportunity comes up. She earned that trust. Truly an amazing experience from beginning to end.
