Bonnie responded to my concerns and questions immediately. She seemed like she was waiting for me to ask a question and was at the ready to respond every time. She was always pleasant and positive about what was happening and what to expect. She also demonstrated pure professionalism and expertise with every communication. She made me feel like I was in good hands and there was nothing to worry about.

This was our third home sale, and Courtney made it the easiest sale of all. She found over 10 possible buyers to look at the house on the first weekend alone. Our new address is 1,400 miles away so, in our absence, Courtney had to go well beyond her normal duties and coordinate a lot of activities surrounding the sale. We highly recommend Courtney Houston for any prospective real estate transactions.
