This was our third home sale, and Courtney made it the easiest sale of all. She found over 10 possible buyers to look at the house on the first weekend alone. Our new address is 1,400 miles away so, in our absence, Courtney had to go well beyond her normal duties and coordinate a lot of activities surrounding the sale.
