Terry was friendly and very upbeat throughout the process of selling our house. She worked well with the buyer and helped us navigate the process of negotiating. She is very up to date on all the current requirements and the whole experience was very smooth.

When I asked some neighbors to recommend a real estate agent who knew the area they immediately recommended Emily. It turns out they were certainly right. Not only was she warm, friendly and knowledgeable, but I could see her house from my backyard! She certainly knew the area. Emily was great at providing names for resources and vendors for those things we knew had to be done. She was also great about clueing us in to things we had not thought of, as well as advising us to perhaps not do certain things. We quickly got a list of qualified buyers from her with lots of relevant info, allowing us to choose the eventual purchaser. Emily was always available with information, support and a warm and smiling presence. We sold the house rapidly with no glitches. My only complaint is that because I moved from the neighborhood I did not get to know her better as a neighbor!
