Terry was friendly and very upbeat throughout the process of selling our house. She worked well with the buyer and helped us navigate the process of negotiating. She is very up to date on all the current requirements and the whole experience was very smooth.
Terry was such a pleasure to work with! We felt comfortable and confident working with her throughout the whole search and buying process. She took the time to understand what we wanted — not just baseline specs but the character of a place. And thanks to her close attention, hard work, and extensive knowledge of the market, we found our ideal place! We’d recommend and work with her again in a heartbeat.
Incredibly honest, hardworking, goes the extra mile, ethical, detail oriented, personable, has a deep understanding about the land, water, geology and the history as well as construction. I have my dream property because of Terry.
